FLIP & TWIST Gymnastics offers the very best in team compulsory Gymnastics, locally competing in AAU events and national USAG. Our girls gymnastics team builds confidence, self esteem while being fun. Our girls team participates in all four Olympic events including: Beam, Bars, Floor & Vault.
The Girls Pre-Team Program is designed to challenge and develop the skills of 4 year old girls. The program concentrates on enhancing the young gymnasts’ flexibility, strength and balance in preparation for entry into the competitive program.
The focus of these levels is to introduce gymnasts to competition in a low pressure, positive environment. In both levels, basic skills are reinforced and training is set forth by the USAG guidelines.
A gymnast in these levels is introduced to a more serious training regime for preparation to compete in USAG sanctioned competitions and must demonstrate a high level of commitment and discipline towards the sport.
In order to keep information flowing smoothly throughout the club, a team mailbox system has been developed. It is located in the gym near the front door. Each gymnast has a mailbox. It is important that you or your daughter check her team mailbox in the gym every practice day. If your daughter checks it, please be sure to ask her if you had any mail.
