for their class for warm up and stretching. This is an important part of any physical training and helps to avoid injury.
MAKE-UP CLASSES
There are 4 weeks each year that the gym will be closed for major holidays. These closures are not included in the four

any reason, there will be no refund given and classes will not be pro-rated. Students may make-up missed classes of their
level due to student illness. Each student will be allowed one make-up class for each session. All missed classes must
be made-up during the session in which they are missed. Please check the current class schedule for available class times.

Pre-school students that are disruptive or not listening will be asked to take a time out until they have calmed down and
are able to listen.

Food and drinks are only allowed in the observation area or outside. No food or drink is allowed in the gym area or pre-school

COMMUNICATION AND WEB-SITE
We do our best to keep you informed with important information. We post signs and notices at our entrance and on our bulletin
board. It is your responsibility to read these notices. These will include reminders that tuition is due, reminders of gym
closures and other important information such as changes to the schedule and new offerings. Be sure to check our web-site
often, as we try to keep this updated with the most current and accurate information.
TEAM TRY-OUTS
If your daughter is interested in becoming a member of the Flip & Twist Competitive Team, please notify the coach.
A meeting will be arranged with the parents, her coach, the Team coach and the Team Manager to discuss a try-out, or to discuss
any skills that the gymnast needs to accomplish prior to a try-out. Generally, try-outs will be at designated times during
the year so the gymnasts will have time to prepare for the competitive season.
